How to proceed an order for diamond tools?
Firstly, let us know your requirements or application. Secondly, We quote according to your requirements or our suggestions. Thirdly, customer confirms the order and places deposit for formal order. Fourthly, We arrange the production. Finally, balance before loading goods. -
Do you have any MOQ limited for order?
It's no MOQ limited. -
Can you make products from our design?
Yes, if you have any design, we can produce it according to your design. -
Is it ok to print my logo on product?
Yes. Please inform us formally before our production and confirm the design firstly. -
What about the production time?
Normally, Samples needs 3-5 days, mass production needs 2 weeks time for order quantity -
How do you ship the goods?
For few pcs samples, it can be used DHL, TNT, Fedex, UPS. For tens of KGS order, it has better delivery by air. For mass order, it has better delivery by ship. -
How do I make payment?
1) For regular order, by T/T, 30% deposit as confirmation of your order, balance paid before shipment. 2) For sample order, full payment as confirmation of your order, you can pay by Western Union or by TT. -
Can I have a sample first?
Yes, samples are available with freight collect or prepaid.
